Extra Folder Path in Multi-project template

Hi,

I have created a multi project template with 2 projects. when I create a project using this template, I end up with a extra folder between the Solution folder level and the projects level.

To illustrate this further,

I create a project with solution name as MySoln and two projects proj1 and proj2.

What I see in File systems is this structure:

C:\MySoln\MySoln\Proj1\Proj1.csproj and C:\MySoln\MySoln\Proj2\Proj2.csproj

Whereas what I would like to see(hoping to see) is

C:\MySoln\Proj1\Proj1.csproj and C:\MySoln\Proj2\Proj2.csproj.

The other threads in the forum doesn't really answer the question. Please tell me how I can get rid of the extra folder.I am using VS2012.

P.S. I tried writing a Iwizard implementation to copy over the projects to one level up but couldn't delete the original folder.

Any help would be much appreciated!
