IVsPersistHierarchyItem2.SaveItem is never called in Visual Studio 2012

Hi,

We are writing a VS extension project with TFS as the source control tool. The scenario includes some basic operations such as checkin, checkout, etc.

We find that, when we try to check in from the "pending change window" of VS 2012, we can't get IVsPersistHierarchyItem2.SaveItem(..), which should give us a IntPtr pointing to the IUnknown interface of the hierarchy item saved. But we just can't get this call. (In Visual Studio 2010 environment, we have no such issue, if we checkin from class view in VS 2012, there is no issue either.)

We also check the IVsPersistHierarchyItem2.IsItemDirty(...), and find that the paramenter will out 1, means it is dirty. That is correct, and VS should give us the SaveItem(), is that correct ?

Is it a bug of Visual Studio Pending change window? Can you guys kindly have a check about that ? Many thanks in advances :)
