PackageLoad failure - SetSite

Windows 7 (SP1) 32-bit

Visual Studio 2012(C#) Professional Edition (Trial Mode)

I am getting the same error message PackageLoad failure - SetSite.

This is strange however because I have selected the Console Application template and simply clicked 'Ok', with my project name, etc., filled in and have gotten this message along with 'End Package Load' immediate afterward.

These same error message happen twice. I notice that both sets of errors have the same GUID. I don't know if this is related. I'm not sure how to fix it.
