DSL with Isolated Shell and Custom Template

Hi All

I am confuse about Custom project ,DSL and Isolated shell.

Right now I am creating DSL with isolated shell, its working fine then I want some project with Isolated Shell. For that I'm create custom project Template using MPF its also working fine.
I want add some Commands Menu.

But I'm not sure about where will be put this command related code because there are two .vsct files one is for DSLProject and another one is for Custom Project.

can we please help me in which .vsct file can I add commands?
