How to generate a UserControl(xaml) and Its Code (.cs) file as dependent using T4 template.

Hello Msdn, 

             I have shared a T4 Template here, which I used for generating UserControl based on an Edmx file. I have generating all the controls properly, but these controls are not orgaized properly  in Visual studio Solution Explorer. So How can I make these xaml and its corresponding files are depended. like the on given below?

How can I achieve the requirement using T4 templates?.
