Windows 10 release 1809 and VS 2017 15.8.7

Hi,
Is this possible that the 1809 release of windows 10 create problems of compatibility with VS 2017 15.8.7 ?
Since the update its seems that I always have those error. (see the picture), even when I don't compile.

I tried to start a UWP sample (like a HelloWord), and those errors keep appear.

I also tried to unistall the 1809 release, but I can't because i got it from more than ten days

Is someone have the same issue ? If so, do you have any ideas to resolve it ?
Am I totaly mistaking and not looking one the good side ?
