Unable to rename or delete branch in TFVC source control. - Error TF14098: Access Denied: User [xxxx] needs Checkin permission(s)

Hi All,

I am trying to delete/rename branch TFVC source control but I get Check-in permission required. I am part of the project collection administrator group and I have removed myself from all other groups so that most restrictive right won't apply to me. I had created this branch, but still, I hit below error

TF14098: Access Denied: User [xxxx] needs Checkin permission(s) for $/[xxxx]/[Branchname]/*.

Any help on this will be appreciated.
