How to get IntelliSense in the Watch Window for a custom Debug Engine?

I'd like to display IntelliSense for my variables in the debugger's Watch window. For example, in C#, I type 'x.' - and after the dot, the member list pops up.

So does anyone have any ideas on how to do this in a custom DE?
