VS 2017 RC Deploy Vsix Extension Files Error

I start seeing this error after upgrade VS 2017 RC

 There was a problem finding the extension with a VSIX identifier of "ef9502be-dbc2-4568-a846-02b8e42d04c2". Value does not fall within the expected range.
