VSIX Missing Template File

Hi,

I have created Visual Studio 2017 extension. However, while uploading the same its giving "VSIX Missing Template File". Here, I am uploading .vsix file itself, which i created. This solution exists Project Template for ASP.NET Core Plus Angular 2 stuffs.

What could be the issue here?
