Package toolbar: shortcut key definition

Hi,

I have created a very simple package for Visual studio 2015 with a toolbar. When I try to define keyboard shortcuts via VS2015=>Tools=>Customize=>Keyboard, I cannot find my toolbar buttons. Hence I cannot define a shortcut key.

I am clearly missing something.

Any ideas?
