Visual Studio Extension developed on VS2013 not getting installed on VS2015

Hello,

I have created a Visual Studio Extension in VS2013 (Version 12.0.40629.00 Update 5) and .Net Platform 4.6.01038

It is not getting installed on Visual Studio 2015 Community.  here is the error log.

Please help me to get around this problem.
