I am investigating Integrated vs Isolated shell apps in order to decide the route I take. I am able to locate instructions and example projects for the Isolated shell app creation. In fact there is a clear template in VS that is a good starting point. But integrated shell app is all shrowded in mystery. Does it all revolve around VS packages? Can anyone shed light on how to create an integrated app in VS2015 or VS2013? Any pointers to working examples would be great. Thanks.
