Service hook for Office 365 - can't add it to my project

Clicked on Create subscription for this project

Then selected office 365

Clicked next. The pop-up said click office365 link in there. It took me to:

https://outlook.office.com/connectors/GroupPicker/Index?Provider=VisualStudioOnline&src=store&HostName=outlook.office365.com

The error read:

Any idea how can I add this to my project?
