As in the topic.
I can't type - nothing appears in the file editor. I did hard revert on my repository and the problem still persists so it has to be a sth connected to stuff that is generated outside my repository. Typing in i.e. console window of the app works and the file is not read-only for sure. When I edit the file with external tool the app detects it. I also tried creating new isolated shell app and it works too.
VS itself works fine,
