DSL Circuts Without Exprimental IDE and show in My Form and My toolbox

i need to run my model that without "Expremential"
by the way i want to create my tool box and my IDE environment for user and so , call it by button click . note : "the special WinApp Form show to final user for drawing Electronic Diagrams and save to sql Db.
