Install the Package into the project while create a new project

Hi All,

I am working with creation of project template for asp.net web application.i created the project template for that.

but when i create the project by using my template on template wizard Nu-get packages for web application project not installed.

I want to install the packages while creating the project 

How to get the location of asp.net web application project packages folder programatically
