VSO integration with Sharepoint Online.

Hi,

We are using SharePoint Online to manage all project documentation. I am looking to get details on how to integrate a SharePoint form with VSO workitems. The high level idea is that the info will be entered on a sharepoint form to capture new requirements and on click of a Submit button (on the form), we are looking to create a workitem automatically  in VSO.

Is this integration available?
