While running SSIS packages from SQL server Agent

Hi Experts,

1) I have created proxy account(SSIS_Proxy) with "FLNIT\sqlAU" and running ssis package from SQL Server agent. login with windows Authentication i.e. FLNIT\Ram and executing from this user. 

2) They have created one database with Windows Authentication() and other two with SQL Authenication.....both are present in ssis package and running this package in SQL server agent.

Please do give solution to this error......waiting for ur reply.
