Where to find Expression Evaluator Sample ?

Hello, 

Recently, I found the following page Visual Studio Debugging Samplesin the Visual Studio Debugger Extensibilty document page, where an Expression Evaluator sample is mentioned for VS2012. Unfortunately, I am not able to find it.

I found, though, the Debug Engine sample, but it's not working for me, because it is too complex (and is for VisualStudio2013 as I understand).

Do you know where I can find the evaluator sample?
