Register Option Page under "Projects and Solutions"

Hi,

I have created a custom Options Page for my package and register it using ProvideOptionPage, I want to show the page under the existing category "Projects and Solutions" but if I use this as the category name it creates a new entry with the same name rather than adding it to the existing one.
