Forms designer?

So I'm new to Visual Studio. After creating a new Win32 Visual C++ project, I can't figure out how to open the forms designer for the default form (the one that pops up when running a newly created project). If I add a new form, it works fine, but I can't find out how to do so for the primary one.

I'm using Visual Studio 2013.
