Include Project/Item Templates in Plugin

Hi dear

I try to create my own Plugin in VS 2012. I have created a new Plugin, witch contains "menu commands", now i tried to add some Project Templates and Item-Templates in the vsix-Manifest. But when I debug or install, the Templates are not there in Visual Studio. 

What other things I have to do that my plugin includes templates?
