Hi all,
I am attempting to install the Emulator into Visual Studio Professional 2013 running update 4, but getting the following error:
"This computer does not support the Windows Phone emulator, which requires the 64-bit edition of Windows 8.1 Pro and a computer that supports Hyper-V."
I am running a 64-bit OS with Windows 8.1 Enterprise edition. I have Hyper-V enabled and hardware virtualization support is turned on in the BIOS settings.
I am under the impression that the emulator should work in both the Pro and Enterprise edition of Windows 8.1, so am at a loss as to why I am unable to run the install.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
