VS Package - Having Drag Drop Issues in using WPF User controls for a Custom Editor

Hi, 

I have creating a Custom Editor VS Package using Visual Studio 2013 (C#). Even I create a new VS Package the default Custom Editor loads the code for Windows RichTextbox Control. I just want to replace that with WPF usercontrol to support my own custom controls. When I am doing so, I have a problem with Drag and Drop issues from the toolbox to the Editor Pane.
