I would like to learn how to make VSPackage and other extensibility projects for Visual Studio 2013. Even with all the good documentation available on this topic, I have always found it hard to enter into and learn a new area this unique without
a complete book; sites, blogs, forums, tutorials, etc. always seem to be more useful for more specific topics or adding to knowledge after having already been first introduced to it elsewhere. Does anybody know of any good books available on Visual Studio
2013 extensibility? Most of the books I have found are very out of date, mostly for Visual Studio 2008. Thanks.
