Create Option Page with mutli sub page

Hi all,
 I am new VSPackage developer. How Can I create tools option page with the following tree?
Options Page Tree:
  + "My Option Page"
   ----+ Page1 (Page1 is child node of "My Option Page")
        ------+ Page2 (Page2 is chid node of Page1).
