Text Template Transformation Visual Studio Extension

Hi ,

        I have used T4 Text Templating For my Vs Package.am using Customlinecommandhost for transformation.After Transformation the Output file contains Unexpected lines.

Below are the screenshots of my project.

1.Highlighted is the VS package   that i have created.

2.Here is the output i get:

and more over this problem arises when am using the OS in whichvs12 alone installed.When Using OS With Vs10,vs12,vs 13 it produces the proper output.Can anyone help me to fix this issue!
