Cancel inside Save file prompt not working

Hi,

    I have created a custom project type using MPF . I am able to create a project and add a file to it. I edited the file and tried to exclude the file from project using context menu on file . Visual studio prompts me to save the file before excluding. But instead of saving , if i cancel or close the window then the file is excluded. It does not maintain the same state as it does in case of other visual studio supported languages.
