I have spent days researching for some documentation and/or samples that I could study to implement to extend Visual Studio Main Menu. All examples seem to add singe button to the TOOLS menu. I need to add my own menu to main menu bar as shown in the attached screenshots below:
Notice that 3rd level menu items are repeated under Print, Preview and Export.
Also I would like the menu items to be enabled/disabled at run time. The menus must also be localisable.
