Plugin for sub-grid launch

Hi,

Can anyone help me in developing a plugin in visual studio for launching a sub-grid when + sign is clicked on the main grid.

And then capturing the sub grid details and loading them into Notes Section in one of my forms.

Any kind of tutorial to follow would be really helpful, because I tried a lot to find it online but of no use.
