I have two issues about VSPackage deploy and install,

 I  have two issues when I  Deploy and install the VSPackage,  I try to get the solution nearly for two days, but nothing is useful.

 could you help me on the issues?

1 .  I create a VSpackage and set the Install Targets as Microsoft.VisualStudio.Premium 10.0 or others , but it can be installed on Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate .

(1) It is installed on Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate successfully

2.  I deploy the VSpackage in Private Gallery , then Download it to install.  it’s installed successfully, but a warning told “ Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” as bellow:
