LINQ to SQL dragging server problem

Hello, beforehand I'd like to say that I'm learning Visual and to thank you for helping

I'm having a problem with LINQ to SQL files generation. When I try to drag and drop the SQL server It won't do anything. I tried this on another computer and worked fine. I have VS 2013 and SQL server 2014. I tried reinstalling and the problem persists.
