Help Viewer 2.1 is crashing

Hello.

My company has developed an application using the Visual Studio 2010 Shell Isolated , recently I have made migration to Visual Studio 2013 Isolated.

Regarding Help Viewer 2.1 Administrator Guide which is accessible onhttp://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh492077(v=vs.120).aspx I also managed to create appropriate help catalog and deploy help using HlpCtntMgr.exe.

The problem is that Help Viewer 2.1 regardless if I run help catalog from VS Shell application or from command prompt in more than 50% crashes just after start. But when Help Viewer starts successfully it works with no problems. I can reproduce this on more virtual machines (Windows 8, Windows Server 2012).

Regarding documentation publish onhttp://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd627473.aspx I also tried to established help going step by step through walkthrough, section Adding help to Visual Studio Shell (Integrated and Isolated).

Does anyone have similar troubles? Maybe I miss something…?
