How to Add a custom button in TeamExplorer QueryResultGrid Toolbar and WorkItem Toolbar

i m working on visual studio extension Add-in and want to add some customize buttons in Team Explorer extension. 

There are 2 areas where i want to add my custom button. 

Area1: wants to add a button within "Open In Microsoft Office" dropdown

Area2: wants to add a button next to "Microsoft Outlook" button.
