Is there a way to add a new Type in the new Visual Studio 2013 Add Scaffold Dialog Box?

IN Visual Studio 2013

right-click either the project or a folder within the project, and select Add – New Scaffolded Item,the Add Scaffold window appear

Is there a way to add a new Type  in the left Menu？

For Example I want to add "MY Type" Under the "Web API"
