Add a new window in VSIX plugin

Hi,

I am looking to add a new window (under the view menu) when running my VSIX plugin that could be docked in the IDE. Although I did search for a good tutorial on how to do this I only managed to find bits and pieces from other person's questions. I would appreciate if there was a good tutorial/instructions on how to do this from start to finish in order to get a good understanding of the process.
