VS 2013 SDK Seems to break 2005 build

I have several projects that integrate with various versions of Visual studio (2005 through 2012).  I recently installed Visual Studio 2013 and it's SDK, now my integrations that build with Visual Studio 2005 to integrate with TFS 2005/2008 won't build. I'm recieving the error message listed below when building my 2005 integration (which of course is built using .NET 2.0).  I've tried setting the libraries I'm linking to to Specific Version.  The path in Visual Studio seems to point to the correct location on the hard drive, but the builder seems to want to load the 2013 version.  Am I missing something?  The libraries I'm tring to use are Microsoft.TeamFoundation, Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Client, Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Common, Microsoft.TeamFoundation.WorkItemTracking.Client, and Microsoft.TeamFoundation.WorkItemTracking.Controls

Error8 The "ResolveAssemblyReference" task failed unexpectedly.

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

I can't think of anything I've done other than install 2013 and it's SDK.
