I seem to be unable to upload any updates to my VSIX extensions. I am getting a general error, the latest of which is:

I tried changing my icon as suggested in this forum thread but that didn't help - I even changed it to a whole different image format (from png to ico) with no luck. I also looked in the built VSIX and there aren't any long paths, so that shouldn't be an issue, either.
Again, these are updates to existing extensions, not new extensions.
The changes I've made to the extensions are:
- Updated the manifest schema from 1.0 to 2.0.
- Changed support from just VS2010/2012 to VS2010/2012/2013.
The extension code proper didn't change other than the recompile inside VS2013 to create the new updated VSIX packages.
I get the same problem for four different extensions, and those are the changes I made in all four.
When installing locally - either during debug or by double-clicking on the VSIX - everything runs just fine.
Am I unable to update the schema format? Does it not like that I'm trying to support VS2010 with the 2.0 schema? Any help is appreciated.
