I am trying to debug a Visual Studio extension and when I hit debug the project, the experimental copy of VS opens up but it appears that the extension is not loading. The items do not show up in the context menu or solution explorer context, so it must not be loading properly.
I have the main project set to open an external copy of vs: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe
I also added the command line arguments to it: /rootsuffix exp
So when I try and run it it doesn't load.
I was receiving an error before, that the file could not be registered or something and the file was "createpkgdef". It wen't away though so I am not 100% sure exactly what it said. Any help would be appreciated.
