Exception 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException occurring while reading elemetings using DTE

Hi,

I'm getting the following exception while iterating through the code elements and my macro crashes intermittently.

A first chance exception of type 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException' occurred in VBAssembly

I when I checked the element properties when the element before my macro crashes, element.Name is "System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException"

Could not workout what is happening here.

Any thoughts/suggestions?
