Using another compiler in VS Express 2012

We have installed Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2012 and two intel compilers - one for FORTRAN, one for C.  I cannot figure out how to tell VS to use the intel compilers.  For example, if I click File->New Project, my template choices are the visual compilers including VB, C# and C++, but there is no FORTRAN option at all, and I don't see the intel C option.  How do I tell VS that I want to use an external compiler?
