How to add a project type into a isolate shell application?

I want to add a project type that is in vs 2008 into a isolate shell application ,for example window form application ,what should I do.
Now I have the .zip file "WindowsApplication.zip"

Some days ago,I made a new project type that was not in vs 2008,and I added it into my isolate shell application.
