Access Parent Solution Folder

I have a Solution with projects in a Solution Folder. When the use selects a project, I need to access the Selected project's parent which is a Solution folder.

I use the ParentProjectItem property. However it returns the selected project only and not the parent Solution folder. Any thoughts?
